Terry and Janet Jones, collectively have 25 plus years in the real estate industry, as well as being successful property developers. Terry’s expertise in these areas provides existing and potential clients with sound guidance. Janet’s 13 years of experience and knowledge as Sales Co-ordinator for an International Company has provided their partnership with valuable knowledge.

Terry’s passion for development, residential and lifestyle sales can be gauged by his achievements: Top Salesperson Residential Sales Bayleys Northwest 2004 to 2010, and more recently attained standing in Bayleys Realty Group Top 20 Achievers, Residential Sales for June 2009 and Top 10% of Bayleys Salespeople 2010.


Residing in Hobsonville for 20 years, Terry and Janet are committed to Hobsonville/West Harbour and outer areas. They have interests in travel and sport and are enthusiastic boaties.
